Finger Tracing
Finger tracing with lines, shapes, and labyrinths, can help in relaxation and concentration when you are overwhelmed or stressed. You do not need to color or copy them— simply trace. As you are tracing, make sure you are also taking deep breaths and focusing on the present. Once you get to the center, think of a pleasant memory before you trace back to the beginning. Finger tracing is not a race, but a journey. Using your dominant hand helps you with concentration, but switching to your other hand helps in creating in-depth focus. You can practice with the shapes and labyrinths below by simply touching your screen or you can choose to print them out.
